SKLIN – Refund & Return Policy

 

At SKLIN, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product.
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

Because our products are hygiene-related, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.


Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@sklin.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We cannot accept returns on used or opened items due to hygiene regulations.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sklin.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

We will send a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or hygiene products

  • Used face towels or wipes

  • Gift cards or promotional items
