SKLIN – Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At SKLIN, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
The following outlines our policy regarding one-time purchases and any subscription or recurring order options offered through our store.
1. Purchase Options
You may choose from:

One-Time Purchase: Pay once for your selected product(s) at checkout.

Subscription (if available): Receive your chosen product automatically at your selected frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days), with a discounted rate and flexible management options.
Subscription options are powered by Shopify’s secure billing system and can be managed directly through your SKLIN account or the link provided in your confirmation email.
2. Managing or Changing a Subscription
You can modify or pause your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your SKLIN Account → Manage Subscriptions, or

Clicking “Manage My Subscription” in any of your subscription emails.
Changes (such as skipping a delivery, updating your address, or adjusting frequency) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription:

You may cancel anytime after your first order has been processed.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Once an order has been billed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to hygiene and fulfilment constraints.
4. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription orders follow the same terms as our Refund & Return Policy:

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If you believe you’ve been charged in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us at hello@sklin.uk with your order number.
5. Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment attempt fails (e.g., due to an expired card), you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your payment information.
Your subscription will automatically pause until payment is successful.
6. One-Time Purchase Cancellations
For non-subscription orders:

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, we’re unable to cancel or recall the parcel, but you can return the item (if unopened) under our Refund Policy.
